I was listening to Amai Bouryoku and I came across this video of them with the singers of Mucc and Nogod. I didn’t know Kei voice was so high pitched. It’s adorable. Tatsuro mimicking him, lol. Their part come at 31:24.

With everything that’s going on, I’ll probably post here a lot more often.
If you’re not already aware, Sakura (ex L’arc, gibkiy gibkiy gibkiy, rayflower, zigzo etc) is a drum teacher as well. You can get drum lessons from him in a few major Japanese cities or online!
It’s also well-documented that he is Kami’s mentor.
He recently gifted a coffee he received while teaching a Malice Mizer fan to Kami at Kami’s grave, which he visits regularly, I think.
I do hope the new wave of MM fans also give Sakura his flowers <3

I’ll share a wholesome story that inspired the following parenthetical in a remarkably non-wholesome thread:
a band you bring your ten-year old to watch (save that for あわけ or something)
I went to a taiban last year that included a one-day revival of a oshare band that disbanded, I think, ten years ago. I didn’t know them and don’t remember the name, I’m sorry (could go look up the photo I have of the lineup, but it’s not hugely important).
The live starts, the band goes for a bit, and then the vocalist says, paraphrasing “it’s so nostalgic to see everyone… 
but where’s Mari (*) points in front of him this is her spot and it’s wrong/empty without her…” someone makes herself visible in the audience, and the vocalist goes “oh there you are! come on to the front!”. She does, they play, she does the furi, it’s already so so sweet.
And then her, I presume, kid, a small maybe 10-year old girl joins her in her spot, and my heart pretty much explodes. She teaches her the 手扇子 by holding her hands and everything else and I’m way more invested in this than the band at this point.
The show ends, they move further back, I think it could not get better, but あわけ is the last band, the kid readies herself, turns on her led rings, and starts doing the furi like a professional! She was so good, and absolutely adorable!! They had another young fan too, a boy of around the same age who was standing next to me. I was really sad on that day (for v系 reasons, oops) and that live healed me
