To Everyone Supporting ZOMBIE

Thank you very much for your continued support of ZOMBIE.

We regret to announce that ZOMBIE will disband following our one-man concert at Kawasaki CLUB CITTA’ on July 8, 2025.

We sincerely apologize for this sudden announcement to our Kansensha (infected fans) and everyone involved. Since Zonbi began activities in 2013 and joined Euclid Agency in 2015, we have been able to continue for nearly 10 years thanks to the support of our Kansensha.

We are truly grateful.

Though our remaining time as a band is limited, we hope to receive your unwavering support until the very end.

2 announcement:
We apologize for surprising you with this sudden announcement.

After many discussions between the members, we came to the conclusion that it was time to face our individual futures and move forward. Therefore, we have no regrets.

Until our final live, we will give everything without compromise, delivering ZOMBIE’s music and performances with full energy. Thank you for your continued support!

To all of our supporters and everyone involved, we apologize for this sudden news.

After much discussion among the three members and the agency, we made the decision to disband.

Since our debut in 2013, we’ve had many ups and downs, but thanks to your support, we’ve been able to reach this point. I’m proud to have created music and lyrics with no regrets. I am filled with nothing but gratitude.

It’s painful to deliver this news, especially when I think of the faces of our fans who continue to support us, but this is a decision we made as a band. We hope you understand.

Though our remaining time is short, we will give everything we have until our last live performance on July 8th at Kawasaki CLUB CITTA’.

Thank you for being with us until the end.

[Aoi Midori]

ZOMBIE will be the last band I perform with on stage.

Everything I want to express as a musician, I will pour into the stage.

Thank you for supporting us until the end.

Do u follow the band ? the band was the same path of ms. EVA band. ~weak releases, non new visual + have been forgotten :expressionless:

I think they had a good run considering what they went threw. Would have loved to see them made 15 years then disband but 13 years is decent. Amazing band and I wish them the best.

they released ~4 songs a year for the past few years… not 4 releases, but 4 tracks.

midori did all the songwriting and he was obviously very burnt out - at live MCs he would whine talk about how hard it was to make new songs. band was losing customers left and right because the shows were stale + some other factors.

They went from playing Ebisu Liquidroom (900 pax) and Shinjuku Blaze (700) in 2018 to barely being able to fill 300 person venues in 2023/24.

Plus their most consistent performer, Reika leaving the band?

I followed them at the begining but i gess i has the same journey as most of the fans. I thought they were doing better thought.

I never really got into this band big style but did check them out from time to time so it is a bit of a shame but if they havent been so productive then people will lose interest i suppose.

It’s surprising they lasted so long, and at least, we were left with a solid album and couple of good releases. It was a good run.
