As a die-hard deadman fan, I was quite disappointed when I heard this album but I love most of the songs(other than those 3 jazzy songs) now after hearing it live. The same goes to the in the direction of sunrise and night light, I was not fan of this album when it was released but I loved it after seeing it live, I think they are a band that sounds way better in live, they knew that so they wrote songs with that in mind.

the album did not knock my socks off but it’s definitely a good one
no alternative is a really tough act to follow
