I really hope they pull a deadman and return with a sound that is a continuation of their older styles instead of compressed loud kei

Seriously. The new metalcore sound is totally overdone at this point, hoping they return to their signature heavy sound without copping out like so many modern bands these days.

I loved their take on numetal and would actually love to see them do collset numetal revival (and it’d be on trend and ahead of the curve for visual rn)

I got lucky and scored general tickets for next May! I’m super stoked. Anyone else in here going?

Sadly not going but have fun and please report back :pleading_face::pleading_face: I am still hoping for them to do overseas again.

I can’t wait. Let bring on the loud Kei :fire:

I would be satisfied with something like what they did in Lost in Rebirth, that one captured well their old aggressiveness.

I forgot about the lottery, mainly because when I opened the website everything was in japanese and I left it for later

I think if they still have VIP tickets available I will try the next lottery, I am unsure about the impulsive japan trip during the golden week though lol

I was going through my hard drive the other week and unearthed a bunch of MP3’s from their SpeedDisk era albums and some random demos. I kinda miss how freaky and insane they used to sound. :sob:

I still remember one interview (I think) where it was said in one of the demo you could hear a bathroom tap. :joy: No idea if it’s true, but I still laugh whenever one of their demo tracks comes up.
モノクロになった最後の日 is still one of the songs I listen to the most.

Monokuro is unbeatable when comes to atmosphere in their whole discography. I got so frustrated when I found out that it was played in the liquidize but didn’t get into the DVD cut. We deserve to see how good this song is on live.

As for the bathroom thing. Hizumi said that he recorded Kumo on his apartment bathroom, I think he mistaken it with Razor due to the close release date and he doesn’t scream in any song of Kumo to call enough attention to his neighbors threat calling the police to him, lol. (Someone pls tell me that I’m not the only who laughs hearing Razor)
