Sad!

No one cares about them anymore anyway, as I wrote earlier, they blew their chance with the major debut.

The latest single was quite successful

This is not great news. Implosion imminent?

Did I miss something? As from what I remember the last single was Song For The Weak which was weak indeed.

You missed this

What’s the likelihood this has been planned for a while? I mean they’re touring like crazy so I doubt this was a spur of the moment thing, feels more like “hey it’s the end of the year so let’s announce it.”

up until this current post, Kanta hasn’t been posting anything since the 3rd of this month on his Deviloof account. Maybe the music aint selling enough to pay for his drum sticks or something?

DEVILOOF likely hasn’t been paying the bills for quite some time. But without a rhythm section, I don’t see how this band can continue. They need a new bassist and a drummer that can continue in their extreme metal style, and if they can compose that’s a plus too! But taking one year to compose and record one song and losing two band members in the process isn’t a promising exchange.

deviloof just feels generally to be in a very akward state. Like you feel like they desperately want to try something else, but they are not able to create anything good, but when they just try to focus on the regular heavy you get something like distopia which also most people (at least in the forum) hated.

they are simply unable to continue the band in a postive way. and alongside that I feel like some bandmember would like to jump out of the sinking ship before Seiya actually sucessfully sues them

They’d be better off leaving the vkei scene but their output and rotating door of members makes it unlikely they’d find success

Weird how we keep calling Keisuke’s solo project a band
