I can’t think of anything else to call it. It’s got elements of nu-metal for sure, but also aspects of -core genres, some insane guitar interplay between Die and Kaoru that creates something much more than the sum of its parts, odd song structures… I understand how others may not feel the same way especially because DEG have never been known for the fretboard acrobatics most prog bands these days are known for, but the experimentation present in the record is why I firmly place it in the prog category, personally
