Applying for HERESY lottery tickets isn’t that complicated for foreigners actually, I did apply (and won) for their live at Nagoya in January so I can tell you how it works:
You need a valid HERESY membership, a Plusmember account and a Tixplus account.
It seems complicated but actually all 3 accounts will be the same id and password.
For Tixplus, they’ll ask you to upload a picture of you for verification, mine took weeks to be approuved but it all worked out eventually. You’ll also need to install the Tixplus app on your phone for displaying the ticket, the app needs to be verified with your phone number but in reality it’s not possible to do it with a foreign account. I emailed them about that and they say that if I can’t receive my ticket because of this issue they would send me an email to show to the venue staff and they would let me in.
I was still able to receive my ticket trough the app without verifying my number.
If you won the lottery, you’ll have only a couple days for paying, and only a week of two before the live you’ll receive the ticket on the app.
Also note that they’re saying they’ll verify at the venue your ID and your HERESY membership card but in reality they only asked me to show the ticket on my phone and that was it. But don’t forget to bring those just in case.
It seems like a struggle with all those accounts and stuff but it’s not that hard so don’t hesitate to apply for the lottery if you can! Seeing the Gazette in Japan is truly amazing !

I tried to register HERESY but all I saw was T&C with no button for me to proceed to the next step.
And isit even possible to purchase one more tix for your partner if he or she isn’t a HERESY member?
But I think it says I need an E-plus account and when I try to set one up it even has an english field saying I need a japanese phone number.
Step 1: each FC membership only gets you 1 ticket so you can’t have 2 people going on the same FC account, so you can’t pool accounts with a friend and get in on the better ticket(s) and resell the extras.
Step 2: tickets aren’t transferable to anyone, so people won’t apply for a ticket unless they’re 100% sure that they’re going. (in theory this reduces demand)
Step 3: accounts must be older than 1 year, which discourages scalpers from opening accounts right before the lottery + encourages people to keep paying for their accounts even when the band isn’t playing regularly
Step 4: the heresy and eplus emails must match, so scalpers can’t use their existing heresy accounts to apply for tickets and then sell them by transferring the whole account to the buyer
Step 5: photo verification helps with step 4 (plus you won’t be able to transfer the same account in the future / share the account with a family member or friend) + reduces the amount of work needed at the entry point
They really thought of everything. I wonder if they had a really bad scalper problem in the past or something?

If your partner isn’t HERESY it’s not possible.
@CervaCannibale that’s weird… I tried applying for the Six Gun’s live in May and they didn’t ask me an e-plus account. Do you have your tixplus account already ?
No, this is my problem rn, my spouse and i only have 1 heresy account between us and it’s his birthday that’s on the account (and the email is different from both of our eplus/ticketplus accounts lol)
Which accounts? The Plus ID account Tix Account because on the Heresy side for this concerts I says you can still enter the Lottery if you receive you FC member ID before 19.03.2025 or do I misunderstand something here?

Ah, makes sense. Is mobile cheaper than full membership or can you have shorter membership than 1 year? Full FC is 1 year membership so even when you just become a members for one FC live they get a full year payment from you.
Maybe there is a difference between Plus ID and E-plus account? Am I looking in the wrong place… getting my hopes up again for this live 
how did you pay for the ticket?
I was also considering joining Heresy to apply for a ticket for the July show but it seems very complicated 
I do have a verified eplus account from my recent JP trip but I no longer have access to the phone number I used for it so that might become an issue too.
I get trying to prevent scalping but there are like, reasonable measures and then there is whatever this is

Yeah it’s month-to-month payments so that might be it. Price wise i think it’s probably around the same or slightly cheaper?
If you already have a verified + photo submitted ticketplus acct you should be good to go. But it looks like they have exceptions for people with global memberships so maybe you don’t need a japanese eplus after all!
Basically, I had an event that required a similar set up (Eplus and TixPlus together).
It’s very hard to get around this if you didn’t get a Japanese phone number in advance. The best thing to do is at least get one next time you’re in Japan, and then validate yourself on the major online retailers (Eplus, Lawson, Ticket Pia).
The one slight problem with adding TixPlus into it is that they say that your current phone number needs to match the one you bought the ticket under. I contacted them four days before the show to explain my situation (foreigner using temporary number), and they said that they would allow the ticket to be honoured that one time.

I don’t know about the mobile membership stuff now.
Last year it worked for May still, I think (I’m not fully certain) and then things completely changed, lots of people from abroad couldn’t use it anymore like before. I don’t remember the details but lots of people wanted to use it to get access to the MC’s that were aired for FC/mobile members. I don’t remember, if that was possible and for the lives after the trouble began or if it led to trouble with this already.
So I really don’t know what about this by now.
Regarding photo and all that, another thing I don’t know for sure or in detail but I’ve read that there’s not the same demand of having an ID card or passport like it is e.g. in Germany. I just wonder, if that were true, if that might be a reason for these measurements. Not that I like them because they are making everything so troublesome and as much as I understand the lookout for a safe method which fans also shall profit from, it also always feels like fans from abroad don’t matter (not even talking about anyone who ain’t and kinda FC/mobile member).
I can unds that they want to limit the sale of tix per person but at least extend the limit to two per person with a different name used for the second tix. I plan to get one more tix when they hold a final tour for their next album so that my partner can come along with me. And no she won’t be heresy cos she is more of an EDM person. Gg find another way
They want to limit these things to FC only and I guess that’s why they handle it like that. I think it’s really annoying because of the lottery part for the seating but otherwise they can’t make sure no one who’s not FC can’t get in. And that’s what they aim at with their FC only stuff (that gets more and more).
