Any updates on his plan or did he have a change of heart when again counted what it all will cost? Also the dollar is sooo expensive now.

Sure it is still on, why wouldn’t it be. He talked about it in a recent interview and posted the clip where he announced the move from the Violet Dawn live DVD.
