Yes, it’ll be on Nov 8th and 9th. Usually the big festival shows at MM start around noon. Ten sets per day, at around 30 minutes each seems doable.
Jin Mirai, the Brahman festival the following weekend will be the three days.
I have a feeling 黒夢 are going to sleep after this. It was nice while it lasted though.

Oh, how I would love to be there 
18 bands, 9 each day. Make it 9 hours, so every band gets a one hour slot. That should be net 30-45 min each band. Could also see the earlier bands play shorter sets, so the “main acts” get 1 hour net. Or two stages which would give each band an hour net even.
Bands performing between 11 am and 8 pm. Each day would have 9 bands + Luna Sea. Should be an easy 35 minutes each, I guess.
