Luv PARADE, the session band who’s been active playing cover songs so far, has announced that they will release their first original song “NEW WORLD” as a limited-edition single available at their live at Veats Shibuya on 2023/09/09. No info on potential webshop or online sale yet. Here’s a short sample.

I like to hear old songs from D’espairsray too. But with a new singer, I’d clearly prefer to hear new songs. But seems they are on the way to have original songs.
Do you think it’ll be better than H.U.G?
Difficult to say for the moment. My instinct tell me it can be same level as H.u.g, it’s the same composer for both projects.
On the paper, I prefer H.u.g, I have more feeling with ryo as a singer, and I really like Takeo on drums (To my great regret, he doesn’t do studio recordings with them).
Time will tell us about Luv Parade.
They uploaded a live MV of the full song a couple days ago! It’s quite pleasant.
d’espa had worked perfectly together until they no longer did, but out of all ex-members projects, I outright dislike what hizumi does today, and enjoy everything else.
this is not bad and his vocals sound powerful, but they’ll evidently take some time to build up enough stuff for a proper mini or full album.
Honestly this sounds just as good as the original voice. I’m interested to hear this release

Taka does a really good job here, honestly I think he fits better than ryo, but again I want more harsh vocals
