I doubt there was a team of any kind. What for? He’s not even doing hair and he’s just got a blazer. Most likely the organizer or someone affiliated with it handled merch and the rest

Must say Murcia looks like a very random place for the show, I guess he tried “safe” by going to a Manga convention… but it feels like in Madrid or (specially) Barcelona would have had more people.
100%. I have no idea what the touring agency was thinking. Maybe it was the only one working on such a short notice, I do’nt know.
Its not the first time Murcia gets vk concerts instead of bigger cities. Mucc was going to go there in 2020 and other artists have appeared in similar cons in Murcia iirc.
The con foots the bill and files the cost as one of the attractions and the rest doesn’t really even matter. Without the con, it wouldn’t have even happened
If I recall correctly, Mucc´s cancelled shows were in Alicante not Murcia.

I thought he was huge in spanish-talking countries/south america, how came it looks like so few showed up for the murcia concert? Kind of feel a bit bad for Miku san or maybe its what him and his manager expected…
My guess is: Last minute announcement leaving only a few weeks to plan + no proper communication + people confused by the fact that he’s coming solo
Would it be An Cafe with a few months notice, the turnout would have been different I think.

Tbf being big in South America doesn’t necessarily translate to being big in Spain. Spain is simply more eurocentric. Being big in South America correlates with being big in Latin America overall but LATAM doesn’t include Spain.
