Wow this is great news! And they come to my City, too.
I always wanted to dive deeper in their discograpy than The World ruler. Anyone has a recommondation where to start?
Spent like 12 years wanting them to come to the UK and of course now I’ve left, they’re going to the UK! Hate my life
Just saw that on Yomis Insta and was so confused for a moment. Like “wait is this a joke? No… it’s not April 1st, right?”
This vid is a good collection:
but I’ve really liked looking at their recent setlists, specifically the birthday ones because those are probably more significant selections. (is “meaningful” choices the right word…)
For example, this was Sakito’s birthday setlist:
(should have been message, not massage xD)
Do you have any specific kind of nightmare songs or song style in general you prefer? I think there was a pretty good reddit list recently too!
screaming crying throwing up etc not because they’re coming anywhere close to where I am, but genuinely super happy for them to do this!! I want them to be spoken about more and known by more fans! <3
Seeing them twice next year then! So glad they are finally coming and to my city no less!
Berlin? meh…
Hell yea! I hope they’re doing more of a best of setlist than promoting their recent album only.
But seems like b7klan/envol is also trying to target the anime audience
Good for them!
I’m curious to see what ticket prices will be. I’m not a huge fan of their music anymore, but would definately go for support (and nostalgia).
Yeah… thought the same but Hamburg is on a Saturday so that will work for me. Already looked at hotels.
Speaking of Hamburg. GroĂźe Freiheit is quite big. It has two Clubs. GroĂźe Freiheit itself which has a capacity of 1000 and Kaiserkeller which has 700.
Wonder if they really got GroĂźe Freiheit or the smaller club inside.
Kantine is also pretty huge, like 900 people. Feierwerk in Munich has multiple venues, but it’s probably Hansa 39 which has a capacity of 500-600.
I hope they will be able to sell enough tickets. I really can’t tell how popular they are in Europe right now. Its their 25th Anniversary. They deserve a successful oversea tour. It’s also their first european tour ever.
The Death Note songs are huge, they’ve got nearly 800k listeners on Spotify on the back of those songs, but will people find out that they’re coming to Europe is another thing.
This is a good excuse to finally delve into their discography. I’ll see what the ticket prices are + how I’m feeling about the later material.
I live in Hamburg, so I can tell you that it is indeed the big room. The small one is called Kaiserkeller and that name would be printed on the poster if the concert would happen there.
Hm… Maybe I should travel to Finland to see them.
Spotify does show you if an artist you are listing to is having a live close to you. So that could work in their favor. The Europe tour is not shown yet but surely will pop up when ticket sales start.
Huh. Instresting. Let’s see if they can draw that many people. Especially with two other shows in Germany.
It seems I returned to the scene just in time to witness the international scene blooming again. It is wonderful
For me Nightmare was always one of those bands everyone liked but I just could not really get into. Everything I heard was fine but did not really make an impression. But I have been thinking about giving them another whirl after coming back to the fandom and it seems there is no better time than now.
I will go see them either way just for the nostalgia but who knows, maybe I will also discover a new favourite on the way.
As a nightmare fanboy I will go bankrupt to see them. Contemplating going to Germany for a week and try to catch all 3 shows
