Looks like the setlist is 17 tracks, just like the Tokyo one!

Looks like a good crowd size! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I was al little worried it would look a bit empty since the ticket sell was seemingly not going as exspected.

I have to say this was such an amazing gig and I enjoyed it immensely  wow I was not quite prepared for this

Too tired to write anything detailed, but the live show in Helsinki was really great! The boys were happy and energetic :grinning: The small encore talk was funny, and each band member introduced themselves in limited English and even said a few words in Finnish. According to Yomi, Ruka was a ‘shy boy,’ so he didn’t say anything, haha.

Sakito is my fav so standing on his side was amazing :sob:

You’re living the dream :sob::sparkles:

Also SO HAPPY ABOUT THE TURNOUT it’s so insanely packed, I’m so surprised.

Also @zero0o have you gotten your answer yet? Maybe IG comments on evolprod etc? if you haven’t found an answer yet online maybe there’s a good chance you can try asking around in person if you’re on the ground a bit earlier perhaps? Let us know how it goes!

Also, Sakito forgot his belly piercing in Japan and had to borrow Hitsugi’s earring or something lmao.

Posting this for the various Sakito fans (me too)

the show was amazing!! so fun and energetic, crowd was great and the energy was superb all throughout. the WORLD into Kyokutou Ranshin Tengoku was soooooo good

hitsugi was incredibly playful and fun, i don’t think i’ve ever seen anyone interact with the crowd that much. dancing, pulling faces, pointing at people, all sorts of gestures. he shoved his butt on the front row at one point (not so far as to touch them but pretty close lmao), at one point pretended to walk coolly toward the audience then suddenly jumped to scare people in the front row. he even kissed someones palm

they all were so smile-y, fun and sweet, trying to talk in english and finnish, said that they’ll be coming back about midway through the show
when they came back for the encore hitsugi and yomi had glasses of wine, first yomi took a sip, everyone cheered, then he started drinking more and i’m not sure if it was initiated by the crowd or yomi, everyone started to cheer for him to chug it (basically chug-chug-chug but with different wording), he couldn’t drink it completely, then he turned to hitsugi and told him to do the same, he was a bit apprehensive at first but then conceded, we cheered him on the same way and he chugged it all!
i could go on and on about all this lol

the organizing for the queue (yes, one, not one each for each ticket tier) was awful but i’ve come to expect that from the vkei shows here lol. i didn’t have any problems myself though, i got in as the 3rd/4th premium ticket holder and after the cloakroom i just zoomed past the merch line to the hall, i got into the 2nd row

oh yeah, if you bought a general admission ticket and want to upgrade it to premium or vip (or from premium to vip) you can do that by emailing envolprod! i did that since i didn’t really like any merch (aside from the armbands, but they were cheap and i thought i’d grab one after the show buuuut they didn’t get them delivered on time) and thought i’d spend the extra 30€ to ensure i get a good spot

about the premium ticket bonuses (aside from early entry) though…
the hi-touch was pretty much as described. as you enter the venue you’ll get stopped by staff and after more people have gathered they’ll give instructions.
basically, you enter through the doors and the guys will be standing there in a row (order was sakito, ruka, yomi, ni~ya, hitsugi) and you just say hello and high-five them each with both hands. pretty sure we just said hi’s and hello’s though hitsugi said moi! (hello in finnish but a bit more relaxed/familiar)
of course the specifics will vary by how the venues are

the other premium (and vip) bonus was an “”“”“”“autographed”“”“”“” poster.
well, first of all the “poster” is pretty much the size of a typical vkei flyer, about an a4 paper.
the real bummer and i’d even call it a scam, is that the “autographs” on it are literally just printed on the paper. and from what i saw they’re the exact same copies too for all, though the ones that vips got had a different photo.

i can’t speak on the VIP photo, but one person showed their photo and it looked more personal, they had hitsugi giving them horns with his fingers and pulling some kind of face, and hitsugi also seemed to give that person a bit more attention during the show, so maybe they’ll also remember the VIP holders like that

anyways, if you’re still on the fence on whether to go, definitely go!!! probably my second favorite (sorry but no band on earth is beating dir en grey for me) of the 6? vkei bands i’ve seen in the last 5 or so years

edit: oh yeah, i forgot, apparently filming and photos weren’t allowed? there were no mention of it on the website, the social medias, the tickets, but there were “NO PHOTOS” papers at pretty random places in the venue, i only saw them after the show was over. anyways, people were recording and taking photos at the start, but some way through the show i think the photographer? (i didnt see any of this) came to tell people filming at that time that it’s not allowed.
after the encore MC though, yomi said that “photos and movies OK!”, so i guess they’re allowed for the encore portion? or maybe they decided on that since people already took lots of material lol. i can’t really think the prohibition was completely the bands choice as they didn’t seem fazed by it at all.

Yo that’s a real bummer, I’m so sorry you had to get that quality for the amount you paid. I’m very very glad you enjoyed, thank YOU for such a thorough, beautiful write up, and supporting the boys!! <3

Don’t go near JILUKA fans with that

I was surprised about this too haha, did not expect that many people! And as @soinatos mentioned, the queue was a mess.

Organisation is top-tier, I guess…

Also, for folks going to the London one have an insanely good time as well!!

This is going to be immensely cathartic to me. I’ve been obsessed with them for 9 years and I’m finally seeing them in London of all places

The poster bit is a massive bummer. It was my only reason for getting premium (I don’t care for pictures. I just wanted the poster)

The only concern I see really affecting this show is that Yomi might not be able to perform as well because he just performed last night. But I’m certain it’ll be great (plus I get to see them 2 more times after that)

Wow you guys are making me super excited for today (and a lot less stressed and nervous lol), I’m out wondering around a bit before I try to decide what time I’ll join the queue.
Any vips here? I’m thinking of going to check out the queue around 3:30pm (feel like a lot of vips will turn up at 4pm)

Anybody managed to note the full list of the merch and the prices?

They are getting ready for the London gig  Yomi posted from the venue 20 minutes ago. So they also arrived safely in the UK.

Ok so am just now gathering my thoughts on the show but the London show was AMAZING IT WAS SO WORTH IT !!! THEY ARE AMAZING LIVE. Simple questions out of the way first: Setlist is the same, yes Yomi could sing the high notes***, yes their stage presence is AMAZING. Yes you absolutely SHOULD go, no the venue was not half empty although for a while it sure looked like it would be. Recording was ALLOWED as long as you didn’t have flash and Yomi explicitly stated that “photos and movies ok :+1:

So they came out very late :skull: it’s whatever but when GA was supposed to go in, the VIPs had not even met the members yet. Once I finally DID meet them, I told them to come to Latin America (both Japanese and English spoken quickly and broken) and that there were many fans in Chile and Brazil, and Yomi was like “OH WOAH OK !!” and actually jumped back like in shock. Sakito was super polite and mainly said thank you in the meet in greet. The hi touch was not awkward at all since we were all moving quickly through

ASSAULTER WAS AMAZING. People were singing the lyrics too it was great. Rebel was next and people surprisingly knew that one as well but it maybe makes sense since that’s their most recent full single and most recent MV. People of course knew Alumina and The World and Raison D’etre. I met two people who were STOKED about hearing Can You Do It and Dirty specifically and both were played and both had lots of people singing. People were DANCING to Boys Be Suspicious too. Yomi sang the high notes in Can You Do It very well. Same with Raison D’etre minus the end where he turned it Falsetto. And in Kyokutou he went low on the high parts except at the very last line. But tbh this makes sense since because he had just performed the night before. He didn’t have any big failures or anything just the most minor mistakes that if i point out would just make people see me as  because I doubt anyone else noticed. Oh but Yomi did forget part of one of the verses to Alumina and for one other song I think Gokujou. Luckily not an important part. Mimic was amazing I was pumping my fist non stop. Lost in Blue was SPECTACULAR. Nearly cried Yomi sang it so well I know that song is hard. For Kyokutou there was no dedicated audience section but were ALL singing it so it was still great. Hitsugi was doing this repeated turn thing during his solo so he missed a few notes :skull: that clip can be found though. For 404, people were chanting the backing words Warp, false, and chase. I was surprised people knew those but I was glad. For Quints it was kinda funky. I was singing the chorus ofc and so were some others but when Yomi let the audience sing, it sounded to me LIKE I WAS THE ONLY ONE :skull: which made me feel a bit odd but I did my best to sing it loud. BUT at the last chorus suddenly everyone had learnes the lyrics and everyone was singing it

Sakito during the MC, he said he’s always wanted to come to London and his English was great. During a pause with him, I shouted “You guys are fucking awesome” because he said this in Houston AND HE SHOUTED IT AFTER I SAID IT idk if he was planning to say it or not but I was SO HAPPY when he did. Hitsugi made a joke about his buns looking like Mickey Mouse and a teddy bear. Ni~ya introduced himself and just said we were amazing or something to that effect

Hitsugi spat into the crowd and some of the women went ravenous about it. At the end of the show he leaned forward and let people touch him and I TOUCHED HIS HAIR it was great and his hands BUT HIS HAIR HE WAS REAL

Now this is the setlist according to memory it is currently subject to corrections should anyone bring them up and please do if you can provide any
ASSaulter, Rebel, Boys be Suspicious
MC
Dirty, Can You Do It, Raison D’etre, Mimic, Alumina, Lost in Blue, Sinners, The World, With, Kyokutou Ranshin Tengoku
Encore
Gokujou Noushin Rengoku Ishiki, 404, Tokyo Shounen, Quints

Miscellaneous, personal details. During the encore chant some of us chanted SENDAI KAMOTSU EVERYBODY GAY. Before the concert started, some of the members walked out and Ruka, and maybe Ni~ya were vaping and they were cheered on from the crowd. I wasn’t there yet when it happened unfortunately. At the end of the concert said “We’ll see you next time IN JAPAN” before walking out. Ni~ya and Hitsugi were the last on stage iirc or at least the last talking and both of them said they want to return. I started choking up after Alumina but when Kyokutou played I was crying afterwards :skull: not badly but my shouts did begin to choke up

As some of you know, I want to get signatures of people I meet at each show on my notebook and I’m happy to report that I got 22 !!! My goal for each show was 10 :skull: anyone here attending the Paris or Cologne shows please do not hesitate to come up and sign as I want to commemorate the whole experience !!!
