4 may 2022

From their OHP:

ā€œAnnounced this time, the album ā€œARGOSā€ gets its name from the giant ā€œArgosā€ who appears in Greek mythology and is said to have a hundred eyes. It is a reflection of NOCTURNAL BLOODLUSTā€™s determination to make this the most powerful album in the bandā€™s history.ā€

When I thought of Argos, I was thinking of Ragnarok Online. :sob:

I am gonna make a blind guess for the album.
They will have a song featuring Prompts PK.
Mainly based on this photo, of Hiro and PK at Studio Prisoner.

Nb are definitely going back to their roots ā€” thatā€™s like their first two singles with a better production

Huh, after hearing that and seeing that album cover Iā€™m way more hyped for the album than I was originally

Interesting to include all the 2020 singles on this. Thought those were one-off singles since they werenā€™t included on The Wasteland mini.

this is easily the best Nocturnal Bloodlust and specifically Hiro has ever sounded (the range he shows off during the breakdowns). they might not be vk anymore but this is definitely heavier than anything deviloof, nazare, and dexcore can pull off

I think this has convinced me to pick up the Extreme Edition. I was a huge Nokubura fan back in the day but kinda lost steam after all the member changes (Cazqui in particular remains an absurdly skilled guitarist and I canā€™t wait for his upcoming album with DEXCOREā€™s Kagami on vocals). Iā€™m a sucker for extra songs on a limited edition and I wonder if the Disc 2 ones will be full tracks or just instrumentals as is implied - given the much safer metal compositions with the current lineup Iā€™m interested to see if they can hold my interest without vocals the same way Cazqui did. Also the new track is super symphonic so that orchestral version is bound to be epic.

Run Away
Descend to Earth
The Final Decision
The Fear Inside
THE END OF SORROW

Does anyone know these songs? Are they new? instrumental?

They might be original instrumentals since The Omnigod also had an instrumental CD with four new instrumental tracks + Genesis

thanksā€¦I already bought the extreme edition

Wasnā€™t expecting it to sound this good!
Loving the PROMPTS flavors sprinkled in.

PK is the man, still shook everytime I see him open his mouth and it ainā€™t no kpop ballad

PS: Valtz being front and center as the songwriter for this, Nokubura finally found the creative spark to start again.
Now Iā€™m curious if Cazqui will follow up with his Brutal Orchestra

If he does hopefully itll be something cohesive this time. Last (and only?) release was a mess.
