This skeleton has no thumbs

It’s hard to possess when you don’t possess thumbs. That’s why she’s a skeleton.

The struggle is being a skeleton waif but having the palms of an orangutang without thumbs.

the quiet part out loud: it’s an ai image

Also the floating ribbon and the ribcage. 100% AI

yes and alongside that the way how the girl still has a neck under the bones also looks like a mistake a regular artist would never do
really disgusting especially because this style resembles previous artist they have commisioned a lot.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this cover art, but it matches a real artist who works with physical media: https://www.instagram.com/littlesuicidecandy/p/DUN-ICVCTnB/?hl=en

It’s definitely her style and there are examples of skellingtons to compare to, which are certainly more anatomically accurate. Did they… train a model on her work?

I’m planting my “not AI” flag for the time being. The apparent suspect details appear consistent between the final and the artist’s sketch - second slide has the “neck under the bones” lol

Nowadays it’s really hard to tell whether it’s AI or not.

I’ll be honest, I thought it was artistic direction and artstyle at first. I still think it is given someone worked on it. But the mistakes are jarring, so IDK?

I mean, if you check the artist’s credentials, you’d find that she even displays her art and does other stuff. She also has a Master’s degree in Arts History or something like that.

I doubt that it’s AI, based on this background.

I think it’s soooooooo fucked up we are a point in where everyone is policing real artists and pointing human “mistakes” as robot crimes against art. No art is perfect. Maybe some misshapen in anatomy is not a signal of sin, and it is just someone learning how to draw or just a simple overlook

This one is even closer to the finished product.

Imagine pouring your energy and creativity into a piece, only for people to tear it apart as obvious AI.

We are fast passing the point where you can just clock AI images. If it’s not the most obvious corporate disney-like slopstyle I’m not sure anymore if you can just say it is robot made for sure. And it will only get harder

I think the solution is to just not do art for sukekiyo at this point.
