I wish there was a better breakdown of what members wrote what songs, but we at least for sure he wrote “Yoin” which is still a highlight in their vast discography. Blows anything from NINTH and onwards out of the water for me.
I think you’re right in saying composition duties have mainly fallen on Ruki.

I honestly wish the gazette would end activities and start something fresh. Much like lynch., they sound like they’re trapped in one specific style. And it feels like label meddling to me. I have no evidence or source. It’s just a “by-ear” hunch.
Aoi doing his own thing could be interesting since he’s been proven to have some composition chops and has exceptional technical skill. And the guy has a pretty great scream!

I always felt that AOI was the stronger songwriter so I’m excited to see him come back. Its no secret, he almost left the GazettE before because of creative restrictions. So to see him come back without those limitations is gonna be interesting.
200 bucks w/e he doing is dropping before the GazettE.

And yes, Ruki’s the main composer, he’s always been. Every song, that got released as the leading track of a single, got composed by Ruki (fun fact or something).
