i feel curious to watch the stream just to relinquish how negative i feel about this project. i think it’s nice that they can get together and perform but individually they are so great i don’t know how these collabs can be so cringe. it doesn’t feel as epic as they try to make it out to be and i want to feel that this is a well-thought out project with songs that are so well done i feel like the hype is real. but i’m just worried i’m going to be let down like SKIN lol. give me a LUNA SEA world tour over this…

Hmm, but would that really do anything? How would that help, if you are already negative about it. I mean - with all the clips out now… wouldn’t that just be a waste of $20 dollars for you?

i would rather have a fully informed opinion on it i guess. i haven’t seen all the clips to be fair. i’ve heard the song that’s been streaming and a few things here and there but i remember the SKIN hype and i’m gun shy. my hope is some of the songs really are amazing.

Messiah’s music is great, but i’m realizing i hate HYDE singing in English. Hallelujah is quite good ok I admit that. I would pay to go for SUGIZO alone, I loved the guitar duel and violin.

haha, yea, the SKIN thing was wounding for sure.
well, maybe the streaming would be worth it for quality, which would give you your best bases of opinion; since the clips you may find might very quite a bit, depending on what’s floating around; fancams vs wowow clips.
If that would be something that matters or would color your opinion.
I’d say a couple of them are pretty damn good a couple might be depending on how much you like Hyde/Vamps/Myv style individually

I feel like hyde’s voice fits the song better (he also has the best live english singing out of 3 versions that this song had by now), but it’s like also a stage presence thing??
Gackt loves being the center of attention, and his loud, over the top aggressive vocals dominate the stage;
Hyde looks like he’s genuinely happy to see his fans and just wants everybody to have a good time.

Way, way to early to be asking how “important” this unit is. They need to be a bit more established as TLRS first. Need to see how they move forward first; what they do in the weeks and months; year or two, after this debut intro tour has completed.
No way can this be answered with any real fairness, truth; at this point in time.

I’m watching the live of WOWOW 27.01.23.
The lack of bassist is really impressive. Bass is so important for ’ rock ’ and music in general. It’s the bridge between guitars and drums. Here, it feels empty.
It seems like there is not even a programmed bass on this live or very very low in the mix.

That’s how I felt when watching Kouhaku, their sound was very empty. As a bangya, it’s very painful to say, but honestly I enjoyed Snow man’s performance more
