remember seeing some videos of ( obscure ) VK men making it a concept on Youtube : how they used to look like VS now ( old and bald with more weight ) and it made doubt about all my favourite VK dudes for a while… like, what if

I know at least a large number of band men will wear extensions or hair clip on pieces when the perform.
When I saw Nazare, the guitarist definitely had more hair on stage than he did at the after party. Hahaha
But what do you expect? It’s all stage performance. Costume, hair, and makeup are all part of the game

I’m just trying to find out if its acceptable to wear a 2004 kyo style wig on stage without being seen as weird haha

Maybe some of the more colorful hairstyles are wigs, especially when the musician is in a smaller band where the music alone won’t pay the rent.
“Normal” hair makes it much easier to get a “normal” job.

Before he started wearing that bandana, he wore wigs. You can see it in Deadman’s last live show in 2006, or with The Studs. He’s hiding something, haha.

I also lived near a venue when studying abroad last year, so I have seen plenty of bandmen without makeup and hair styling while I was doing my errands
I have to give respect to some bandmen, especially Miyata from Machina, for actually dyeing their hair crazy colours. I still remember seeing bright yellow and black raccoon tail stripes while I was doing groceries lmao
