Original Silent Hill 2, toluca prison is eery
About halfway through VII Final Fantasy Rebirth.
It’s a bit of a meandering game, but gosh darn if it isn’t beautiful.
Really like how the ‘padding’ is giving depth to the characters as well, and honestly, it’s just really fun.
First time playing through dark souls. It’s definitely the dark souls of dark souls.
FromSoft monster designs always hit so hard from monster mushroom men to hot spider lady with lava sword.
I haven’t played Silent Hill at all but it looks cool, what game would you suggest starting with?
Does anyone else get really thirsty playing fromsoft games? Like goddamn the hardest boss battle is with myself
I’m looking forward to play fromsoft’s The Duskbloods - I hope it will be good, the trailer looked promising.
Was excited till I found out it was primarily focusing on PVP/ multiplayer ![]()
Side note, been absolutely loving the oblivion remaster!
Moved onto Dark Souls 2. It’s not grabbing me nearly as much as 1, but the gameplay loop remains fun. The art style and music feel much lighter in tone compared to the first game. It sort of doesn’t feel like dark souls.
Elden Ring Nightreign is super fun and so addictive especially if you play with veterans. I have played the main game for almost 1,200 hours, but in Nightreign, I suck hard and I have to relearn everything. The first screenshot was a deathless run the entire party beating the frenzy flame goat boss. Duchess is the best!
This game is so fun! Going for all the achievements next! Should group up
also duchess is amazing!
I am currently on my platinum run in The Callisto Protocol and doing a casual first playthrough of Alone in the Dark (2024). Oh, and some Online Battles in Star Wars Battlefront 1 & 2 here and there.
Nightreign every day. 55 hours in so far. I main Duchess and play as her mostly. Duchess’ iframe when dodging is the longest making her difficult to get hit. This is another deathless run beating the wolf boss with 5 HP flasks left unused.
Besides Duchess, I’m good at playing Ironeye. I could beat the last boss with him. However, I’m afraid I won’t be able to unlock all the achievements because I have no idea how to play the other classes lol.
Just finished ff7 rebirth. Not bad at all. I’m gg to try red dead redemption 2. Heard that it’s one of the best games developed.
First time beating Adel Baron of Night without dying. Nightreign is so addictive. Almost 100 hours in.
I hit chapter 7 in rebirth and just gave out, but this brought it back to the front of my mind. Maybe this weekend~
Rebirth is brilliant. Easily the best action-based combat in FF so far. Stranger of Paradise is good competition in that field, but XVI’s combat was awfully disappointing for me by the end. Loved Rebirth (and Remake for that matter) from start to finish.
I will replay that & do hard mode once Part 3 is revealed, but for now I’m playing Tears of the Kingdom. I dropped it in the middle of the Fire Temple, but I’m done with most of the main story now. Doing sidequests and stuff. Really like the game, even if the systems can be a little…nebulous. It’s beautiful on the Switch 2 too. For the current shortcomings the console has, I’ve really been impressed with the facelift Switch 1 games have gotten.
Currently going through Star Wars Outlaws. I‘m glad I gave this game a chance and didn’t listen to the reviews. Walking through an open world Mos Eisley on Tatooine is a Star Wars fans dream come true.
with the ff talk abover im reminded I postponed ff5 again since xiv is helding me captive because it can get really immersive if you like aspects in specific of this game even if not the best thing out there at it.
(I can only imagine how will this be once I can afford the full game lmao).
as for ff7 related i may wait once everything related to it is released so by the time i finish 5, 6 and tactics (if ever) I go straight to 8.
Aside from this im deciding if to start another game or not like tactics ogre or some other handful of classic rpgs I was interested in.
