Which disbandment/hiatus hit you the hardest?

I mean, Deathgaze is playing at the Masked event. Sadly they don’t release anything new ;;

Wait whats the masked event? Are they back together or is it a one off like girugamesh?

Sou and ai have relatively similar voices, ai just sounds a bit deeper and more refined/“rounder” i guess ^^ i feel like hazuki on the other hand is easy to differentiate from both of them! Also there was only the very first single with hazuki as singer, so chances are high, when listening to DG on shuffle for example, that it is not hazuki…but to answer your question: yes, the releases with sou are a bit lower in quality (recording wise) since they were made before ai took place as vocalist

-OZ-. Dunno if there’s any interviews that stated why they disbanded, but to me they were starting to spin their wheels towards the end of their run.

Better to quit with a pretty solid disco then muddy it.

All the Twitter posts today regarding “sug life” being officially on streaming platforms have got me feeling for baroque. Anything after “Non-fiction” was ass, but I still miss them being active.

that baroque album was definitely a certain time and place in my life whew

I’ve probably said it before but SIVA :cry:

SUCH a good band that I rarely see discussed. They also had one of the best/coolest bassists in the VK game in my opinion.

I still listen to “COPY” a lot. Iori is a really great guitarist. I wish they had made more music, but after he left, the songwriting quality wasn’t the same.

Agreed! Last I heard he was playing for Sika Bambi and then fell off the face of the earth :frowning:
