He certainly doesn’t look bad for his age, but you can definitely tell he’s been on that plastic surgery grind, which kinda downgrades points in my eyes.
Although certainly he looks better and more “natural” than other older musicians east and west like GACKT or Madonna who barely looks human and more like a doll sometimes.
I agree with you, and yes Gackt looks like a plastic doll recently. It feels like if you touch him in the wrong way he will break… He naturally looks cool so its really too bad he went down the plastic surgery rabbit hole. Its interesting how so many rich people, no matter what country, end up doing the exact same destructive things - why always the exact same pattern? I dont get it.

If we are talking about older men, sure he might not be as hot as other jrockers, but he definitely is a good looking guy.
Yes it’s very rare to see Toshiya without a hat or a sunglasses in interview, maybe during the Family Values Tour in 2006 but i’m not really sure anymore.
