They talked about coming to America. At this rate they won’t be around long enough to make it to America.
So the other bands told them that do not come or what? Because it comes off like that
Be happy if more than 20 real fans and not sakuras show up for those shows….
i anm happy if I’m wrong of course
Last night I went to their first EU concert in Helsinki. I don’t think it was sold out but the venue was still definitely packed. They had a local band as a warm up act there.
Honestly? The concert was great. Their music is a bit too much for my taste but the vibe and crowd was great and the members seemed very hyped. So much so that they had to stop the concert at some point as the drums had come loose from the rack haha.
And most surprisingly, the crowd was AT MOST 1/3 (or even 1/4) women and consisted mainly of metal bros. That definitely surprised me more than anything.
Honestly it was such a great experience, they really hyped up the crowd. The drummer looked so ridiculously happy just grinning all the time, that was honestly so heart warming.
I hope for their sake that the rest of the EU tour goes equally well!
It looked like a fun time from the videos shared online, I do hope they get to make it to America one day, they’d fit in with the other deathcore bands here.
Despite how pessimistic my post might have sounded, it’s got me marathoning their discog in my iTunes and i’m enjoying the ride through all the inconsistencies.
This definitely isn’t the core of my taste in vkei that they do, but i hope they keep at it with whoever joins on. Maybe they keep going for years and what i was talking about was only one era….
Another upcoming avocado farmer?
Ironically, their drummer is the only one who seems to be excited about touring Europe, all other members barely tweet about it.
That would explain why VIP never sold out. Metal bros are less likely to pay for VIP.
I wonder how much of that was willing PR or him just being an edgy idiot.
But one thing is for sure, it helped that people talked about the band and involuntarily people would check out their music too.
Sable Hills for cancelled in the beginning of the year or so too by China, because of some old ass merch that was a little problematic
So maybe china found something to cancel Deviloof too.
Not the bands mistake though
They are too busy with touristing.
I also sounded negative above but I’m so happy the Helsinki concert seemed fun. Were the tickets free if you came the same day?
Nope, I don’t think so. In Finland that’s not something we generally do. We adhere to the rules haha
Does that happen anywhere?? Lol.
Its common in Japan for small bands who a few hours before shows realize nothing will change and they change it to “free day ticket” or how its translated, just to fill up the venues. Its also a thing that small new bands announce free lives to (hopefully) get some attention/buzz/a good word of mouth going, for their hopefully bright future ![]()
Random. Id never heard of that before but is a kinds cool idea!
I was in Munich today. Maybe 5 VIP, 10 premium and about 100-ish people (including vip and premium) in a 300-400 people venue
they still gave everything and seemed to have lots of fun.
To not make this off topic: Kanta seemed very happy and excited to play too.
Maybe its also health issues?
oh shit i completely forgot about that
Despite kanta being a big loss I’m interested on the new line-up. Hopefully it will help get the creativity of the band flowing again for future music.
Same for Hamburg. He gave everything and had a lot of fun. ![]()
I’m happy to hear they and the crowd had fun, no matter how full or empty the venue was!
Imagine issei joins i would laugh but that would tell us band is gonna disband very soon if so lol.
Is Kanta joining ZERA ??
