Dunno about the others, but I’m pretty sure it’s not going to be KenKen.
I can see why people would guess him since he and SUGIZO go way back, and he’s worked with MIYAVI as well, but there’s no way they’re going to bring him into a high profile project like this after that pot arrest. Which sucks, because he’d bring a lot of energy to their shows.

OMFG Yoshiki, just shut the fuck up. Stop trying to make an international push with these terrible, low effort songs. It may impress enough of your fans back home to earn some quick money, but the international crowd who has no personal investment in you or your history needs to be wowed to even start giving a shit.
You could just do a world tour playing classic songs from all four of their careers and established international fans would travel in an instant. And they’d still probably earn more new fans than with whatever this is.
It just really annoys me that the person with the most resources to promote VK in the west also happens to have the least amount of sense as to how to go about doing it.

I’m still in shock with the news.
I had been thinking for a while about how strange the collaboration between Hyde and Yoshiki in RED SWAN seemed to me. It looked like a track created for X Japan. Is something going to happen with this band that they can’t release an album other than what is always said to be Yoshiki’s fault? maybe it’s Pata or Toshl’s fault? or a new feud between members? It’s the only thing I can think of for Yoshiki to decide to go ahead with Hydey Sugizo on the other side.
I’m looking forward to this project, although it has caught me some surprise. Better than Hyde with his current jobs with L’Arc. Or better than Yoshiki’s NOTHING. Or better than Miyavi’s yearly albums.
Or better than what currently bores me Sugizo with LUNA SEA.

When I saw the news on Instagram by JRockNews I was in shock.
I don’t understand why they thought this was a good idea. It’s a very bad idea.
First off the name is not one I would feel proud of saying if I was into their music.
Lame.
Next I think it is just a case that they want to capitalize on their big names off of this. Which seems to me against what true art should be.
They seem like sell outs. Another thing that bothers me is how full of themselves they are about how they and only they can save Rock music. Which is not dying I listen to a lot of active Rock bands Japanese or otherwise.
It’s just sad and makes them seem even older and not relevant.
P.S. I know. What’s up with Hyde? He looks so strange these days. Like a grandma. Think it might be how he chooses to get styled. Doesn’t flatter him at all.

The only thing that I kinda understand now is the name. After thinking about it what transcends more for me is that this is the last thing Yoshiki is attempting as a rock star. But you can call the band that so… The last Rockstars
Was thinking the same thing. Look does not hold up without Photoshop. Those years of hard partying must be catching up with him.
Their old faces are not a problem. Everyone is gonna get old, and look old. They are not exeption.
The most important thing is their music, and the project, which is for the moment not convincing at all.
