I’m not really feeling that Miserable track, sounds like a bland throwaway song to me.

I get they’re leaning into the “retro” sound, but holy shit the drums sound weak and lifeless.
It’s weird because listening to some of their live tracks, I don’t sense that being a problem with yukihiro, but on the recording he sounds like he doesn’t belong.
Not sure I totally agree. They’re a bit undermixed but I can feel the energy in the performance, and Yukihiro has some SOLID grooves here imo
To me it sounds like the last song of a chiller section in a setlist, where energy starts to build back up and there’s tons of cool lights and ambience, and then the next song is just straight punch start to finish haha

I think 孤動 sounds great. Really like the vibe I’m getting from that track in that small sample. Has a nostalgic feeling to it.
