to be fair he owes his actual music career and celebrity rise to PSC, so it makes sense to me… and he owes his current solo career to people with 20-30 IQ points range, so it removes the element of surprise out of this comment… (I’ve once spent ten minutes reading through youtube comments on his recent PVs, god bless malaysia and other online stan hubs of this person.)
@ing kisaki to shame him for not acknowledging that Reita started on matina so where’s HIS heartbroken grieving and memorial flower arrangements (paper cranes x 1000) would be a trve Karen moment tho…
I don’t follow miyavi’s IG now but it was pretty brain-numbing a few years ago. a pot met the lid in that quick interaction.

Look, I know that we are still grieving over Reita’s death, but quite frankly, i don’t want Gazette to go on forever. Not because I hate their music, but because eventually, they will enter the laruku phase of “We don’t talk much anymore” it doesn’t help that they’ve always been saying that Gazette will be the last musical projects that the members will ever done.
On the bright side i don’t think that it’ll happen immediately, and i think they’ve let go of that promise for the sake of Reita and will do anything to keep the band afloat, including making music outside of Gazette for a while if they’re ever get tired of each other and never end up disbanding. I helps that with possibility of the support members will open more opportunity in the future, like coupling tours and collaboration.
Sorry for the rant, it might be my cringy parasocial side kicking in.

As if Ruki would stand by this. If the others would leave, he would surely do solo or what ever. I don’t think he could just leave singing behind.
If Reita said this, it just show his love for the band. If the band decide to split, their music will still remain.

Don’t think that’s going to happen any time soon. From what I can tell, they’re in the height of their career popularity-wise right now and if anything, I think Reita’s death will only serve to bring more people in.
Hopefully whenever they do decide to leave us, it will be on a high note, but at the moment, their comments make me think they have plenty of gas left in the tank.

Does anyone have a high quality image of The Gazette’s logo from their indies period before they romanised their name?
What do you consider high quality?
I have a pic that’s 480 x 309 px. That doesn’t sound much but right from the PC so far for me it seemed good enough. But I guess it depends on what to do with it.
(I played around with it in the past and have three versions, the original black on white background with the 大日本etc. over it, one white with transparent background, the rest taken out and the same in grey with transparent background.)
