What video games are you playing?

Only Genshin. But I spend too much time playing It. I played constantly for two days only for just one single charecter that I wanted… I got Zhongli but the problem is the ungodly amount of homework I’ve been putting off for a week ㅠㅡㅠ I tried LoL but it’s too hard for my fingers and touchpad :joy: I can go buy cheap mouse from the shop nearby but I forget every time

just beat a bunch of Mega Drive shmups this week, here’s the list.

Task Force Harrier EX
Fire Mustang
Whip Rush 2222 AD
Sol-Deace
Gaiares
Darwin 4081
Dangerous Seed
Slap Fight
Bio-Hazard Battle
X Dazedly Ray
Verytex
Curse
Eliminate Down
M.U.S.H.A Aleste
Truxton
and Thunder Force 3&4, Darius 1&2.

man, that final boss of X Dazedly Ray took nearly a thousand hits, no joke, I spent almost 10 minutes and finally. jeez that was a tiring journey. except those famous ones, Sol-Deace’s music is really awesome which is beyond my expectation.

After having finished the QUAKE remaster, I’ve been playing through RUNE in coop recently. Next up: probably one of the HERETIC/HEXEN games or UNREAL.

Working through the new Pokemon, definitely the revitalisation the franchise needed but it still has some of the issues plaguing the last few games.
Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel is fun, although it’s free the in game currency dries up fast.

I wish Heretic 2 could be “remade” as an FPS instead of TPS. btw I never beat Hexen cuz I’m super confused about “the task” lol, not I have no clue where I should go next. I really hate backtracking. that’s why I only play Oblige generated random maps in Hexen hahaha.

Mobile game Vanguard Zero

Atm I’m playing Pokemon Legends Arceus and I have to say it’s better than expected. Yeah the graphic isn’t the best but that’s not a matter for me. It’s the first official game with an open world and I’m glad that this game is a challenge compared to all the Pokemon games which were released before.

As much as I’d love something like Heretic in a Heretic II skin (because id Tech 2) I don’t see the latter working as an FPS — the whole game is designed around around the third person view, the levels with all their “intricate” architecture and jump and run passages wouldn’t really work any other way I think.

I’ve actually only ever played through Hexen II and I get PTSD just thinking about all these hours wasted roaming around the same map in desperate search for a switch or whatever ;D Gotta admit that my enthusiasm for the game was saved by a walkthrough though.

without reading the walkthroughs, it’s nearly impossible to beat some games. that’s also the reason why I don’t play RPGs cuz I never know the correct way to beat them by myself hahaha. I still prefer SHMUPs and brawlers. arena FPS is also my pick, but something like old school Wolfenstein, Doom, Quake or stuffs using those engines, is totally for the sake of appreciation. those are pure art, not games at all for me.

I bought one of my white whales for the PS1. As a huge survival horror fan I’m ecstatic to have found a complete copy.

Wrapping up Death’s Door. Nice art style and music, but kinda average? Combat feels too simple.

Started going through the remake of Shadow of the Colossus. Such a well done remake (so far, anyways). The original still has it’s old school charm though with the PS2 graphics. Honestly, don’t know which I prefer.

Playing more in the phone :relaxed::iphone:

After finishing Koudelka found out there was an entire series on the PS2 that continued the story. It’s a pretty fun jrpg with a unique mechanic where you have to time your attacks on a wheel. Dialogue is kinda bad by today’s standards but it has that early 2000’s charm.
